Our home had been listed with another broker since October or November, hitting the market in December. They switched firms several months into the contract. In the time they had the listing they had 2 open houses where no one attended and I believe they had 4 showings. In the first 2 weeks Doug had the listing I believe we had 8 showings. His knowledge and experience with the market area was a huge asset. He kept us informed rapidly of any activity and made himself available anytime.
